Meet the Doctor
Diana Alanis, MD, Board certified in Family Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Illinois in Rockford. She recieved her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford. She recieved her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
Born and raised in Rochelle, IL, she continues to serve in the Rochelle and Rockford areas.
